The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations congratulates Mr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Sheikhi, a lecturer at the Department of Judicial Studies, on the occasion of his obtaining a PhD degree on the major of judicial studies with an excellent degree. His dissertation is entitled: “Al-Adhab Al-Fa'idh: Sharh Manzumat Umdat Al-Faridh Min Awal Bab Al-Jadd wa Al-Ikhwah ila Bidayat Bab Al-Radd]”
The academic thesis was defended on Wednesday, 23 Ramadan 1442 A.H., in front of the defense committee consisting of:
His Eminence Prof. Muhammad bin Sulaiman Al-Mani`i, as a rapporteur
His Eminence Prof. Abdul-Rahman bin Nafi` Al-Sumali, as an external examiner
His Eminence Prof. Nasir bin Muhammad Al-Ghamidi, as an internal examiner
