The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations congratulates Ms. Maha bint Hamdan Al-Rifai, a teaching assistant in the Department of Law, on obtaining a master's degree in the specialty of (the Commercial System) with an excellent grade. Her thesis was entitled: "Provisions of the Construction, Exploitation, and Delivery Subcontract: A Fundamental and Applied Study in the Saudi Commercial System".
The academic thesis was defended on Tuesday, 22 Ramadan 1442 A.H., in front of a defense committee consisting of the following members:
- His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Wahhab bin Abdul-Karim Al-Mubarak, as a rapporteur.
- His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Hamid Al-Diyasti Shalabi, as an examiner.
- His Excellency Dr. Yusuf Husain Al-Bashir, as an examiner.
We ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to grant Ms. Maha further success and guidance, and to bless her knowledge and make it beneficial for the people.
