The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations congratulates Her Excellency Ms. Asmaa bint Ali Al-Zahrani, a member of the faculty in the Department of Regulations, on obtaining a master's degree in Commercial Law with an excellent grade. Her thesis was entitled, “Provisions for Compensation for the Mistakes of a Marine Carrier: An Applied Fundamental Study of the Saudi Law”.
The academic thesis was defended on Thursday, 17 Ramadan 1442 A.H., in front of the defense committee consisting of:
- His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Hamid Al-Diyasti Abdul-Hamid as a rapporteur
- Her Excellency Dr. Nourah bint Zaid Al-Rashoud as an examiner
- Her Excellency Dr. Mona bint Muhammad Awad as an examiner
We ask Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to grant Ms. Asmaa further success and guidance and to bless her knowledge and benefit the people with it.
