The College of Judicial Studies and Regulations congratulates Ms. Sundus bint Ali Al-Ghamdi, a member of the faculty of the Department of Regulations, on the occasion of her obtaining a master's degree in commercial law with an excellent grade. Her thesis was on: “The Responsibility of the Bank Supporting the Documentary Credit: An Empirical Study of the Saudi Law”.

The academic thesis was defended on Thursday, 10 Ramadan 1442 A.H., in front of the defense committee consisting of:

• His Excellency Dr. Yusuf bin Ahmad Al-Bashir, as a rapporteur
• His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Hamid Al-Diyasti Abdul-Hamid, as an examiner
• His Excellency Dr. Abdul-Wahhab bin Abdul-Karim Al-Mubarak, as an examiner
