His Highness the Minister of Education issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Khalifi as Dean of the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil at Umm Al-Qura University.
The UQU President, Prof. Moaddi Aal Madh-hab, wished Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Khalifi further success and progress.
