The Dean of Library Affairs Meets with the Staff of the Deanship

The Dean of Library Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Maatouq, on Monday, 16 Sha`ban 1442 A.H., held a large meeting with all the deanship staff in the presence of Dr. Hasan Al-Thubaiti, the Vice Dean for Technical Affairs.

The dean valued the confidence entrusted to him by the UQU President, Prof. Moaddi bin Muhammad Aal Madh-hab, in appointing him as the Dean of Library Affairs and also appreciated the support attached by the university in supporting the educational process in the university, including the library by providing the means of its success. He extended thanks to the former dean, Dr. Muhammad Al-Lihaibi, for the efforts he exerted and achievements he made during his tenure, wishing him further success.

Moreover, the efforts exerted by the deanship staff did not escape his notice and praise, stressing that the deanship's needs are the focus of his personal attention and that he would achieve them, Allah willing, according to priorities and capabilities.

He then listened to some contributions by the deanship staff and appreciated their ambitious and creative ideas. He finally added that such meetings would be held on regular basis. The audience thanked him for the fruitful meeting.
