Within the framework of continuous efforts to exchange experiences and keep abreast of the latest developments in the services of beneficiaries and customers, the Customer Service Center at Umm Al-Qura University had the honor to receive the delegation of the Customer Service Center at Taif. The guests from the Taif center were headed by Dr. Khama'il Abu Al-Naja, the General Supervisor of the Customer Service Center at Taif University, Ms. Ghadir Al-Thamali, Director of the Customer Service Center at Taif University, and Professor Amira Khoja.
The delegation were received by His Excellency the General Supervisor of the General Administration for Institutional Communication, Dr. Fuad Bouqas, the Deputy General Supervisor of the General Department of Institutional Communication, Dr. Muhammad Al-Omari, the Deputy General Supervisor of the General Department of Institutional Communication, Dr. Hadeel Azhar, the Director of the Customer Service Center, Mr. Naseer Al-Sharif, and the Deputy Director of the Center, Mr. Mansour Al-Aqili. The meeting was also attended by a number of employees of the University's Customer Service Center.
The delegation began its tour by visiting the Customer Service Center at the female students' headquarters in Al-Zahir, where a detailed presentation was made on the achievements of the Center at Umm Al-Qura University and the future visions of the center.
Then the delegation moved to the university headquarters in Al-Abdiyyah and an official meeting was held. During the meeting, all the difficulties that stood as a barrier while trying to provide the appropriate services to the beneficiaries were discussed, and the most prominent development ideas that are in line with the Saudi vision 2030 were presented to help gain achievements quickly along with high quality output.
At the end of the meeting, the delegation of the Customer Service Center at Taif University was honored.
