The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) has nominated, for the second year in a row, the academic staff member in the Media Department at Umm Al-Qura University, Dr. Salem bin Ali Erayja, as a reviewer for its annual Global Gold Quill Awards for the year 2021.
The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) is one of the world's leading associations for business communication. It was established more than 40 years ago. The association awards its prizes in 25 branches that fall under the umbrella of public relations, media and strategic communication, marketing, advertising, media and communication relations, social responsibility, content creation, and corporate communication.
Dr. Erayja is the first Saudi reviewer for the award's branch in the Middle East region, which includes in its committee many media and communication experts from different countries around the world. Reviewers are nominated according to specific regulations, including the requirement that the candidate has more than 10 years of experience in the field of media and communication.
