The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1- Designating Dr. Mohamed bin Shokri bin Abdulrahman Zamzami as the Vice Dean of the College of Community and Continuing Education  for affiliate affairs for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Thani 25, 1438 H;
2- Designating Dr. Mohamed bin Maraee bin Mohamed Al-Hazmi as the Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College for a tenure of six months  as of Jumada 20, 1438 H in addition to his work as the vice dean of Graduate Studies, Scientific Research and Development;   
3- Renewing mandate of Prof. Abdullah bin Hassin bin Ma'bad Al-Jabri as the head of Islamic Economics Department  at the College of Islamic Economics and Finance for a tenure of six months as of Jumada Al-Thani 27, 1438 H in addition to his work as the Vice Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research;
4- Renewing mandate of Dr. Fahad bin Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al-Sarhani Al-Qurashi as the head of Islamic Theology (Aqidah) Department at the College of D'awa and Islamic Theology  for a tenure of two years as of Rajab 2, 1438 H;
5- Designating Dr. Yassir bin Nassir bin Abdullah Al-Salih as the Head of Information Science Department at the College of Social Sciences for a tenure of six months as of Jumada 25, 1438 H;
6- Designating Dr. Omair bin Mohamed Ameen bin Marzi Rahmat Bukhari as the head of Preventive Dentistry Department at the College of Dental medicine for a tenure of six months as of Jumada 28, 1438 H;
7- Designating Dr. Osman bin Bakri bin Osman Gazzaz as the Head of Research and media Affairs Department at the Custodian of Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research  for a tenure of six months as of Rajab 2, 1438 H;
8- Designating Dr. Ezdihar bint Mahmoud bin Mohamed Sabir Al-Madani  AS THE Vice Dean of thwe College of Sharia and Islamic Studies (females section) for a tenure of six months as of as of Rajab 1, 1438 H;

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with in new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
