The UQU Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs held the virtual introductory meeting, on Monday, 26 Muharram,1442 A.H., for the initiatives of the strategic plan "Tamkeen 2030", in the presence of the UQU Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah Al-Khouli.
During the meeting, Dr. Al-Khouli praised the efforts exerted and the contribution provided by the initiatives management team for the Empowerment Plan (Tamkeen 2023), carried out by the university to place Umm Al-Qura University within the top 200 universities at the global level by 2030 A.C. She stressed the importance of the role of all members and their participation in these initiatives, in collaboration with all members, so as to achieve the strategic objectives set by the university in this regard.
The Assistant of the UQU Vice President for Educational Affairs and Development, Dr. Najwa Samraqandi, reviewed the methods of building the initiatives according to the ambitious national objectives. She explained the main pillars of the initiatives and how they are linked with the strategic objectives of the forum and the Saudi Vision 2030.
The General Supervisor of the International Cooperation Unit, Dr. Ruaa Makki, gave an overview about the unit, which endeavors to boost cooperation with the universities and academic institutions by establishing distinguished partnerships with them in the field of academic development.
The Directors of the Initiative gave a presentation about the initiatives through the discussions held at the conclusion of the program.
