Umm Al-Qura University, represented by Umm Al-Qura Oasis for Consultancy, in cooperation with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education, announced the First Consulting Virtual Forum on Crisis Management. The forum will be held tomorrow, under the auspices of the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and will last for three days.
The following topics will be discussed at the forum: the health, media and legal roles, the quality of life, social and technical responsibility, innovation, and crowd management, all in relation to crisis management.
Speakers will participate in this forum remotely, in cooperation with the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education at Umm Al-Qura University.
The forum has effective success partners, namely: the Training and Continuing Medical Education Unit; SAFE Center for Safety, Risk and Crisis Management; the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education; and Prince Khaled Al-Faisal Chair for the Development of Makkah Al-Mukarramah and the Sacred Sites.
The aim of the forum is to promote the positive behavior of all groups of the society during crises, develop the professional skills of field practitioners during crises, and present successful in the field experiences of crisis management.
