On Sunday, 13 Rajab, 1441 A.H., Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs at the UQU Vice Presidency, launched the second edition of the 'Professional Practitioner' program. The program was organized in cooperation with the Professional Practitioner Center affiliated to the Vice Presidency for Business and Knowledge Creativity at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, under the supervision of His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and the UQU Vice President, Dr. Farid Al-Ghamdi. A total of (100) male and female participants from the administrative staff of the various UQU sectors are taking part in the training.
The aim of the program is to contribute to the development and improvement of the skills and performance of the employees of the university, due to their impact on the work environment.
The program covers four themes: self-management, advanced thinking, outstanding performance, and effective cooperation. By the end of the program, the trainers will have acquired sixteen skills and sixty-four workplace behaviors.
