In collaboration with the Saudi Fiqh Society, the College of Shari`ah and Islamic Studies at Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the Department of Shari`ah, will hold a workshop entitled: 'Characteristics of the Jurisprudent'.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, 2–3 Rajab, 1441 A.H., in King Abdulaziz Historical Hall, and will be delivered by His Eminence Sheikh Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Khunain, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars and member of the Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta'.
The workshop themes tackle the importance, conditions, methods, and outcomes of the creation of a jurisprudent, in addition to presenting practical applications. Furthermore, the workshop aims to develop the jurisprudential skills of knowledge seeks, explain how to create a jurisprudent, and clarify the optimum method of studying different issues.
