The College of Education, represented by the Educational Administration and Planning Department, is pleased to invite you to attend the defense of the doctoral thesis presented by the student Abdul-Khaliq Muhammad Al-Qarni under the title: "Strategic Change in the Kingdom's Security Training Institutions According to the Objectives of King Salman Program for Human Resource Development, in Light of the A.D.K.A.R. Change Management Model: A Proposed Vision".

The defense committee will consist of: Prof. Abbas Balla (supervisor and rapporteur), Prof. Turki Al-Utaibi (internal examiner), and Dr. Khalid Al-Osaimi from Taif University (external examiner). The defense will take place on Wednesday, 2 Rajab 1441 A.H., at 10 a.m., in the Great Lecture Hall at the College of Education.
