Today at Elaf Galleria Hotel in Jeddah, His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Housing which aimed to facilitate for the affiliates of UQU the buying of housing units on the university land at Al-Sharie district. These units will be offered by the housing program launched by the Ministry of Housing, according to the waiting list system.

The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Supervisor of the University Vice Presidency for Branches and Project Management, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi, on behalf of the university, and by the General Supervisor of Institutional Housing, Eng. Abdullah bin Said, on behalf of the Ministry of Housing.

The memorandum aims to achieve cooperation between the two parties in implementing the development housing programs, in conformity with the plans for housing support solutions offered by the Ministry of Housing.
