UQU President Takes Administrative Decisions

The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

  1. Designating Dr. Awad bin Aqeel bin Shaiban al-Rashedi as the Vice Dean of Qunfuda University College for Academic Development and Quality for a tenure of two years as of Rab. II 21, 1438H;
  2. Designating Dr. Ali S. al-Garni as the Vice Dean of Admission for Enrollment Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Rabi. II 23, 1438H;
  3. Renewing mandate of Dr. Amal bent Omar Khalil Sendi as Vice Dean of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years, as of Safar 12, 1438H;
  4. Designating Dr. Haifaa bent Othman bin Abbas Feda as Assistant Director of the Arabic Language and Literature Research Center (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years, as of Rab. II 21, 1438H;
  5. Renewing mandate of Dr. Amal bent Muhsen Salem al-Emeiri as the Assistant Head of the Department Literature at the College of Arabic Language (Girls Section) for a tenure of two years, as of Ramadan 26, 1437H;
  6. Designating Dr. Nermeen bent Abdurrahman Bakr Qotb as the Assistant Head of Specific Education Department at the College of Education for Girls for a tenure of two years, as of Rab. II 21, 1438H;
  7. Renewing mandate of Mr. Ali N. al-Rahili as Executive Director of the Student Fund, Deanship of Student Affairs, for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 1, 1438H; and
  8. Renewing mandate of Mr. Abdullah T. al-Thaqafi as Assistant Executive Director of the Student Fund, Deanship of Student Affairs, for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 1, 1438H; and

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
