The UQU President, Dr. Bakri M. Assas, has honored Dr. Faisal al-Moallem, Dr. Mamdouh al-Gethami and Dr. Ebtessam al-Garni, faculty members of the College of Shariah and Islamic Studies, for their strenuous efforts and substantial role in prompting quality and development. The event, held at the President's office in Abdiyah Campus, was attended by Dr. Ghazi M. al-Otaibi, dean of the college.
Dr. al-Otaibi extended sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. Assas for his unabated encouragement of the college's outstanding competencies; such that acted as the driving force for attaining high quality and development standards at the college's various programs. Meanwhile, he lauded the efforts exerted by the honored faculty members, wishing them the best of luck.
For his part, the UQU President, Dr. Assas, thanked them for their praiseworthy pursuit of developing the educational environment at the College of Shariah. He extended thanks, also, to Dr. Ghazi, dean of the College, for his prudent oversight.
The honored, for their part, thanked Dr. Assas earnestly for rewarding them, which comes as no surprise from their grand scientific edifice: Umm al-Qura University.
