Today, the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil concluded the training programs that were offered to 60 trainees, members and officers of the security patrols in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the title, 'Leadership Development for Officers and Secretaries, and Office Management for Individuals'.
The Vice President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Farid Al-Ghamdi, who sponsored the ceremony on behalf of the UQU President, was accompanied by the Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and Dean of the Higher Institute for Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil, Prof. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Resini. Prof. Al-Ghamdi stressed the importance of on the job training, and the university's role in development and community service.
The Director of the Security Patrols Department in the Sacred Capital, Col. Muhammad Al-Suhaimi, referred to the distinguished partnership with Umm Al-Qura University and the performance and high training standards it provides. In the speech on behalf of the trainees, Major Ahmad Al-Hareqi appreciated the university's role in providing such instructive courses.
The officers, individuals, faculty, and all those who contributed to the success of the program were honored at the end of the ceremony held at King Abdul-Aziz Support Hall in Al-Abidiyyah.
It is noteworthy that the training program includes 9 training packages, represented in areas of 'Change and Making Future Strategies', 'Inspiring Leadership', 'Strategic Thinking', 'Crises Management', 'Work Ethics', 'Secretarial Principles and Roles', 'Meeting Management', and 'Administrative Correspondence', in addition to the 'Principles of Dealing with Superiors and Subordinates'.
