In pursuing the role of the university towards providing the best services for all beneficiaries inside and outside the university, the administrative team of the UQU Customer Services Center, represented by its director, Mr. Nusair Al-Sharif, the Assistant Director, Ms. Hanaa Al-Juaid, and the Deputy Director, Mr. Mansour Al-Uqaili, met with the Supervisor General of the Customer Care Center in the Ministry of Education, Mr. Saad Al-Bilal, the Deputy Director for Technical Affairs, Mr. Bandar Al-Mashar, as well as Mr. Abdullah Al-Hussein, the Supervisor of the Quality Unit in the center, Ms. Noura Al-Sharif, and the Supervisor of UQU account in the Tawasul system, Ms. Haila Al-Harbi. The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Education in Riyadh on Wednesday, 28 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H.
This step comes within the framework of cooperation and exchange in the field of effective communication, and to acquire more knowledge that will help them to develop the work system. Topics at the meeting included the review of the latest developments in the electronic Tawasul program. The developed services which will contribute to meeting the needs of the beneficiaries in all the required tracks were also examined. The meeting witnessed many beneficial contributions, and all inquiries were answered to ensure quality at all levels, in line with the ambitious aspirations of our wise leadership.
At the conclusion of the meeting, an introductory tour was held at the headquarters of the Customer Care Center in Riyadh. The university also honored those in charge of the Tawasul program in the Ministry of Education with appreciation certificates and memorial gifts.
