Dear students: You can amend your schedules anywhere, without visiting the department, via the e-ticket, which you will receive when you send a request from the university email address or via the university website after logging in using your username and password.

It is to be noted that dates for receiving schedule amendment requests are Sunday to Thursday 24-28 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

The division opening requests for the graduates will be received at any time from 20 to 27 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H.

Steps:

1. Click on the ticket link at the bottom of the page, and then state your request.
2. To learn about the result of your request, follow one of the following two options:

• Login to your university email.
• Visit the university's website and click the following: E-Services> Administrative Services> E-Tickets, then click the required ticket title.
