Dear students: You can amend your schedules anywhere, without visiting the department, via the e-ticket, which you will receive when you send a request from the university email address or via the university website after logging in using your username and password.
It is to be noted that dates for receiving schedule amendment requests are Sunday to Thursday 24-28 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H., from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The division opening requests for the graduates will be received at any time from 20 to 27 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H.
Steps:
Click on the ticket link at the bottom of the page, and then state your request.
To learn about the result of your request, follow one of the following two options:
Login to your university email.
Visit the university's website and click the following: E-Services> Administrative Services> E-Tickets, then click the required ticket title.

Motor Impaired Mode
Allows using the website with a keyboard
This mode enables people with motor impairments to operate the website by using the keyboard Tab, Shift+Tab, and the Enter keys. Users can also use speech recognition software such as Dragon Naturally Speaking.
Colorblind Mode
Adjusts the website for colorblind users
This mode adjusts the website for colorblind users such as Protanopia, Deuteranopia, Tritanopia, and others. It also helps users with Cataracts and Glaucoma.
Dyslexia Friendly Mode
Helps users with Dyslexia
This mode adjusts the website to be easier to read for people with Dyslexia, which is a reading disability characterized by trouble with reading despite normal intelligence.
ADHD Friendly Mode
Reduces distractions and improve focus
This mode helps users with ADHD and Neurodevelopmental disorders to read, browse, and focus on the main website elements more easily while significantly reducing distractions.
Blindness Mode
Allows using the site with your screen-reader
This mode configures the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is software for blind users that is installed on a computer and smartphone, and websites must be compatible with it.
