The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.
The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:
- Designating Dr. Muhammad A. Basendewah as Vice Dean of Qunfudah College of Medicine for Hospitals Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Rabee' II 5, 1438H, in addition to his post as Head of the college's Department of Community Medicine and Health Care;
- Designating Mr. Muhammad S. Shushu as Deputy Director of the English Language Learning Center for a tenure of one year as of Rabee' II 09, 1438H;
- Designating Dr. Farida M. al-Ghamdi as Assistant Head of the Department of Quran and Sunnah at the College of Da'wa and Islamic Theology (Girls Section), as of Rabee' II 4, 1438H, in addition to his post as Vice Dean of University Studies for Girls;
- Assigning Mr. Ahmed A. al-Harbi to work at Jamoum University College as of Rabee' II 04, 1438H;
- Assigning Mr. Khaled M. al-Ansari to work at Jamoum University College as of Rabee' II 04, 1438H; and
- Assigning Mr. Muhammad S. al-Otaibi to work at the Deanship of Admission as of Rabee' II 04, 1438H.
The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
