His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, at his office in Al-Abdiyyah today (Thursday), received the annual report of the Vice Deanship of Academic Development and Quality for Training. This report includes all the training programs conducted during the academic year 1439/1440 A.H. The event took place in the presence of the Assistant Vice President for Development and Community Services, Prof. Khalid Barqawi, the Dean of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Muhammad Thabit, and the Vice Dean of Academic Development and Quality for Training, Dr. Saeed Kabarh.
The report included the development achievements of the vice deanship in offering training programs to the affiliates of the university. The report revealed that the number of training courses and workshops reached 150 programs, which comprised 3000 beneficiaries. These programs were efficiently designed according to international standards of training and the development of skills.
Dr. Saeed Kabrah stressed that the Vice Deanship of Training will continue its progress in training and in the improvement of its development outputs to upgrade the research and educational aspects, as well as community services. He added that the vice deanship will work to provide all the required training programs for the affiliates of the university.
