UQU Vice President Honors Affiliates of the Documents and Administrative Communications and Call Centers

UQU Vice President, Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou honored the males and females affiliates of the  Documents and Administrative Communications and Call Centers in recognition of the efforts undertaken by them, in the presence of the Director of the Documents and Administrative Communications Center Mr. Abdullah bin Abdurrahman  Al-Sulaimani.

 

Meanwhile, Dr. Shoushou praised the efforts exerted by the employees of those two centers which are considered vital university departments for undertaking significant role in providing information about the documents for the beneficiaries from within and outside the university either from the university affiliates including; students and faculty members or from the external community via the call center or emails. He added that more than 1500 calls and 1800 emails including enquiries related to the services provided by the university were received during the last six months.

 

On his part, the Director of the Documents and Administrative Communication Center, Mr. Abdullah Al-Sulaimani lauded the keenness of the UQU Vice President to honor the employees in the Documents and Administrative Communication and Call Centers, the thing which will have a positive impact in encouraging them to exert more effort in this regard.

 

The honored employees from the Documents and Administrative Communication Center were Hani Abdul Hameed Hayat Noor, Mohamed Mohsin Al-Sobhi, Mazin Abdul Hameed Bogus, Nashat Zain Al-Zain, Mohamed Abdurrahman Al-Ahmari, Abdul Qadir Mohamed Al-Adani, Ibrahim Awad Al-Omairi, and the females were; Adila Abdul Qadir Salih, Ola Khalil Al-Samak, Hanaa Awad Baawidan, Fadwa Ali Nazra. And those who were honored from the Call Center were Rayyan Abdurrahman Bukhari, Aymen Ibrahim Al-Awaidi and the females were, Jamila Mohamed Al-Makalawi and Hanaa Awad Al-Jiaid.
