The Customer Service Center in the Female Section organized a publicizing campaign that included introducing the center and the services it provides to all segments of the university community, including faculty members, employees and students, covering requests, complaints, and proposals. Light was shed on the important role of the center in enhancing the link between the beneficiaries, meeting their needs, and also answering their requests. Delivering these to the competent authority, the center plays its role as a liaison between the beneficiaries and all administrations of the university. The event took place on Tuesday, 15 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H., and continued for three days.
The campaign covered vital sites at Al-Zahir campus of the University of Umm Al-Qura, starting from the entrance to Al-Zahir gate, and then the gate of building (K), campus plazas, building (Z) at the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers, building (Y) (the College of Education), and finally building (T) (the Central Library).
