The Department of Computer Science, represented by its club "Creativity Makers", delivered a course on the basics of Python. This two-day training course was addressed to both academic and administration staff and students. It was presented by the trainer Nouf Al-Sulami, and aimed at introducing the audience to the Python programming language, in theory and in practice.
The Main Themes which the Course Tackled :
- Introduction to the Computer.
- Introduction to Programming.
- Basics of Python/Practical Applications.
The course was attended by 42 female students and academic staff members, whose attention, enthusiasm, and interaction with the practical applications had a great impact on the success of the course and the achievement of its objectives.
