His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, issued an administrative decision appointing His Eminence Dr. Anwar bin Husain Al-Hamarani, an academic staff member at the Department of Judicial Studies, Vice Dean of the College of Judicial Studies and Regulations for Development and Entrepreneurship for a tenure of six months, as from 9 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1441 A.H.
