The Assistant Director of the Customer Service Center at the female section, Ms. Hanaa bint Awad Al-Juaid, participated in an open meeting with the Vice President of the University, Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli, under the slogan "Together We Cooperate … Together We Build", organized by the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs for Activities and Student Training. The meeting was held on Tuesday, 1 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H., at Al-Jawhara Hall in Al-Zahir, in the female section.
On her part, Ms. Hanaa Al-Juaid introduced the Customer Service Center and the services provided to all segments of society inside and outside Umm Al-Qura University, where inquiries, suggestions, requests and complaints are received and directed to the competent authority to be answered in accordance with the controls and regulations followed.
