The Professional Practitioner Program Offers the Participants 16 Behavioral Skills for the Theme 'Outstanding Performance'

The Professional Practitioner Program that is carried out by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, in collaboration with the Professional Practitioner Center, at the Vice Presidency for Business and Knowledge Creativity in King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, offered 16 behavioral skills at the third stage of the program for the theme "Outstanding Performance". This is with the aim at improving participants' performance, and upgrading the work environment.

The program, which contributes in developing and improving the skills of male and female employees of the university, was held under the patronage of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, and the Supervisor of the Vice Presidency and Dean of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, Prof. Farid Al-Ghamdi.

The program was offered by Prof. Reda Muhammad Saeed Abdul-Aal and the Engineer Salih Mutai` Al-Nuaman. Participants were informed about the outstanding performance that aims at developing the ability to offer distinguished achievements and outcomes in work as well as continuous development. This can be achieved through four main skills; integration with the job, crystallizing results, how to continuously develop work performance, and achieving work efficiently.

The Professional Practitioner Program is considered to be one of the distinguished programs in the localization of knowledge and professional practice, in a way that contributes in developing the efficiency and effectiveness of university work to achieve the goals of the Saudi vision 2030.
