On behalf of Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, UQU Vice Dean for Female Student Affairs, the Acting Dean of University Studies, Dr. Samira Abdali, attended the Cognitive Achievement ceremony for the Hajj season 1440 A.H., organized by the Institute of Hajj and Umrah Research. The event was held on Tuesday, 23 Safar 1441 A.H., at Al-Jawhara Hall in Al-Zahir (female section), and King Abdulaziz Historical Support Hall (1).
The ceremony was attended by a number of governmental and non-governmental bodies, college vice deans, and faculty members. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for Hajj and Umrah Research, in partnership with the General Presidency of the Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, discussed the strategies of executive plans to employ scientific and technical research in facilitating Islamic rites. The institute has formulated 17 initiatives through the Advisory Council, which can be implemented by any of the Saudi Vision 2030 realization programs.
The ceremony was concluded by honoring the Vice Dean of the Institute, Dr. Sumayya Hariri, UQU Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah Al-Khuli, and other participating faculty members and vice deans.
