The Department of Nursing Practice at the College of Nursing held a course on hematology (iron deficiency anemia) on Monday, 7 October, 2019, with the aim of raising the awareness of students and teachers in the ninth middle school and the eighth secondary school for Qur'an memorization in South Al-Aziziyyah. The course was prepared by Dr. Lamyaa Ahmad Al-Sayyid, Professor of Pediatric Nursing at the College of Nursing at Umm Al-Qura University.
A total of about 70 students and 8 teachers have benefited from the course.
