The Training Department at the UQU College of Community and Continuing Education held a specializing training course entitled, "Leading Change and Formulating Future Strategies", for about 30 trainees from among the staff members of the Presidency of State Security. The course was held on 30 Muharram, 1441 A.H., in Riyadh, and continued for five days (20 training hours).

The Head of the Training Department, Prof. Salih bin Abdullah Al-Furaih, explained that this training course focused on the change element as one of the most important challenges facing different organizations in the management world, besides the difficulties of change, planning, change management, change concepts, and the significant sources and fields of change. He added that the course enables the trainee to acquire the techniques that qualify him to deal with expected future changes, in addition to the ability to create change as one of the effective elements of the change process itself.

It is worth mentioning that this training course is part of the continuous cooperation with the Presidency of Stat Security, as another training course was held in the past entitled, "Intellectual Security and the Promotion of Nationalism".
