The course was held at Madareem Crown Hotel in Riyadh on 30 Muharram, 1441 A.H., and continued for five days with 20 training hours for 30 trainees from the staff of the Presidency of State Security.

The Head of the Training Department, Prof. Salih bin Abdullah Al-Furaih, explained that this training course focused on the change element as one of the most important challenges facing different organizations in the management world, besides the difficulties of change, planning, change management and change concepts. He added that the significant sources and fields of training are reckoned to be basic and effective pillars in the modern systems of management. The course enables the trainee to acquire the techniques that qualify him to deal with expected future changes, in addition to the ability to create change as one of the effective elements of the change process itself.

It is worth mentioning that this training course is part of the continuous cooperation with the Presidency of Stat Security, as another training course was held in the past entitled, "Intellectual Security and the Promotion of Nationalism".
