His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued an administrative decision based on the decision of the Minister of Education appointing Dr. Saeed bin Ahmad Salih Al-Bihiri as Dean of Adham University College

His Excellency the UQU President praised the strenuous efforts exerted by the former dean of Al-Adham University College, His Excellency Dr. Saeed bin Hadi bin Saad Al-Qahtani, during his tenure. He gratefully acknowledged the praiseworthy and brilliant services that His Excellency rendered to the university, which significantly contributed to its advancement. He added that these accomplishments were the result of Allah's support, first and foremost, and then the support of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques (may Allah protect him).

His Excellency the UQU President congratulated Dr. Saeed Al-Bihiri on his appointment as Dean of Adham University College. He also urged Dr. Saeed to work hard and develop the former dean's work and efforts, and wished him success.

On his part, His Excellency Dr. Saeed Al-Bihiri expressed thanks for the trust placed in him by His Excellency the UQU President in appointing him as Dean of Adham University College. He assured that he will – with Allah's help – meet his Excellency's expectations and trust. He also praised the efforts made by the former dean, Dr. Saeed Al-Qahtani, and pointed out that he will work to develop these efforts to be in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030, and in accordance with the National Transformation Plan 2020.
