The UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hani Ghazi, discussed the mechanism of the national accreditation of the regulations' program during his meeting with the Vice Dean of the College of Judicial Studies and Regulations, Dr. Ali Al-Zahrani. The meeting was held in the presence of the vice deans of the college and the heads of the departments, as well as the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality, Dr. Muhammad Thabit, the vice deans and advisors, in the college meeting hall at Al-Abidiyyah.

Dr. Hani Ghazi clarified that the aim of the meeting was to qualify the college to obtain the national program accreditation for all its programs in the near future, particularly for the regulations' program at the present time, from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. He pointed out that the programs' accreditation from the commission is an extension of the action plan of academic development and quality towards acquiring the national program academic accreditation for all the university's programs.

Dr. Muhammad Thabit remarked that the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality seeks to instill the methodology of comprehensive quality and the processes of ensuring, developing and improving it in the academic, administrative and research systems, to ensure the improvement of its educational and research outputs. He added that work will be carried out with all the colleges represented in their academic departments, to prepare its programs in accordance with the latest international standards in the educational process.

Dr. Ali Al-Zahrani clarified that the college seeks to be a leader in the specific programs it offers, including the Classical Fiqh Foundations (Ta'sil) and Shari`ah regular studies, and distinctive in research and community services, in order to be an example in preparing cadres who are qualified in knowledge and application. This is in addition to preparing studies and research according to the highest quality standards.
