The Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Omar Sunbul, pointed out that the aim of holding this forum is to introduce the male and female students to their rights and duties in the university. This is in addition to informing them about the services provided by the Deanship of Student Affairs through the different departments of the deanship, the programs of the student clubs in the deanship, and the role carried out by the university's various deanships and departments. He also pointed out that the deanship seeks, through this program, to excel in the services provided to the students to achieve its long standing slogan, "The student comes first".

Dr. Sunbul pointed out that the preparation period to hold such a forum took 3 months, as 100 male and female employees participated in its implementation; the working hours amounted to 300 hours, and the number of participating bodies reached 35 deanships and colleges. He remarked that the new male and female students of postgraduate studies will participate in the forum this year. This is besides the electronic card being launched, and 30 posters being fixed in an area of 2000 square meters.

He added that the number of volunteering students equals 100 male and female students from the student clubs, whose number reaches 25 clubs in the male section and 21 clubs in the females section. He also highlighted the support and attention given by His Excellency UQU's President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail, and the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Prof. Abdulaziz Suruji, in supporting the programs and the activities of the deanship.
