The president received the report from the institute's dean, Dr. Hassan Bukhari, in the presence of the institute's vice deans and the training program's supervisors, at his office in Al-Abdiyyah.

Dr. Hassan Bukhari clarified that the program was implemented according the approval of His Majesty the Saudi King to hold training courses for 39 trainees from the countries of Indonesia and Senegal. Dr. Bukhari said that the trainees spent about 90 training hours during the training program, covering 13 packages during which they were trained on the skills of teaching conversation, listening, reading, writing, linguistic phrases and vocabulary, as well as building and developing the curricula for teaching the Arabic language, using technology for teaching languages, and language exams. This was in addition to the packages of Qur'an exegesis (tafsir) and Qur'an sciences, Hadith and its sciences, contemporary intellectual and jurisprudential doctrines, the special features of the Islamic Shari`ah, and skills in dealing with others.

The cultural program associated with the courses included a visit to Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, cultural and recreational trips to Al-Shafa and Jeddah, field tours of the holy sites in Makkah and its historical landmarks, and visits to the Two Holy Mosques and their field management.
