The Department of Public Relations and Media organized the introductory meeting held by Umm Al-Qura University, represented by Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, under the title, "My Job Data Platform: Overview and Services Offered". The meeting was held in King Abdulaziz Support Hall (1) at the university campus in Al-Abdiyyah, and was connected, via a live broadcast, to the headquarters of the female students section in Al-Zahir. The meeting was attended by Her Excellency the Dean of University Studies for Girls, Dr. Hala bint Said Al-Amoudi, and the affiliates of Umm Al-Qura University, in the framework of the university strategy to integrate its efforts with other governmental bodies.

The representative of the Ministry of Civil Service, Fawwaz Al-Hariri, revealed that all the previous platforms that were launched through the Ministry of Civil Service were directly connected to the human resources departments in the governmental bodies. He affirmed that "My Job Data" platform will be a link between the employee and the Ministry of Civil Service, which requires all the male and female employees to update their data since the beginning of their appointment.

Al-Hariri explained the way of registering at the platform, the services it offers, and the method of updating the data. After that, a chance was given to answer all questions and inquires. Finally, Mr. Fawwaz Al-Hariri expressed his thanks to the Human Resources Department at Umm Al-Qura University for their constant cooperation.
