The Initiatives Management and Vision Realization Office received a number of female students from the UQU College of Business Administration who came to attend the summer training of the academic year (1439–1440 A.H.). The summer training course was held with the aim of refining the female students' skills required for the labor market, and linking the knowledge and sciences acquired in the classrooms with actual practice.
The female trainees gained an opportunity to be trained on various skills and knowledge in several fields, such as launching initiatives and other matters related to this topic, including setting objectives and linking them with the UQU strategy and the Saudi Vision 2030. In addition, the female trainees learned how to identify the performance indicators, and how to estimate the operational and capital budgets. They also acquired skills in human resource management, e-marketing, and the preparation of reports and presentations in a creative manner.
At the end of the summer training, the female trainees received certificates of appreciation from His Excellency the General Supervisor of the Initiatives Management and Vision Realization Office for the efforts they exerted during the training period, which was held at the female section of the office. They were also appreciated for their collaboration with all the departments of the office.
