Under the auspices of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, the Department of Public Relations and Media participated in the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs forum on Wednesday, 20 Rajab, 1440 A.H. The forum was held at King Abdulaziz Hall in Al-Abdiyyah, and was live-streamed through Al-Jawhara Hall’s CCTV in the female students section at Al-Zahir.
The Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Forum and the Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Ghamdi, pointed out that 39 scientific research projects and posters will be presented in the forum. The forum of the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs (Vision and Transformation) presented the following four themes: improvement of equal access to education, the role of universities in the activation of volunteer work, harmonization of the university outputs to labor market requirements, and community partnerships.
The event was organized by the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, the Joint Deanship of the First Year, the Deanship of Admission and Registration, the English Language Center, and the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education.
