His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, has issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Othman bin Bakr bin Othman Qazaz as the UQU Official Speaker for a tenure of one year, from 7 Dhul-Qi`dah, 1440 A.H., in addition to his current work.
His Excellency asks Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to help him and grant him success in performing his duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of this university to enable it to reach its desired goals. His Excellency's decision is part of the comprehensive development that the university is witnessing in all fields. It is also part of the university's earnest endeavors to achieve its goals, fulfill its vision, and accomplish its future mission in order to be the leader in terms of its various programs and activities that are in harmony with the Saudi Vision 2030.
