Under the slogan 'Continuous Giving', the Department of Campus Security (female section) celebrated the conclusion of its annual work for the academic year 1439-1440 A.H. in the outer courtyard of Al-Jawhara Hall. The ceremony was attended by the Dean of University Studies, Dr. Halah Al-Amoudi, the Vice Dean of University Studies, Dr. Samirah Al-Abdali, the staff of the Department of Campus Security, and a number of the female academic staff and employees.

The Assistant Director of the Department of Campus Security, Wadhah Al-Lihyani, mentioned in her welcoming speech that the Department of Campus Security continually develops itself in order to achieve its objectives, according to the new updates of the university environment. During her speech, Wadhah presented the achievements accomplished by the Department of Campus Security (female section) in the previous year. She added that new units have been established in this department, such as the Training, Cultural, and Follow-Up Unit, which has caused a qualitative leap in the quality and accuracy of the work carried out by the department's staff. She added that the department has also witnessed technological development, as the security offices at the university gates have been provided with computers in order to accelerate the exchange of data and information among the department's staff. Moreover, Wadhah mentioned that a new logo has been designed for this department, containing the shape of a fence around the UQU logo and a combination of white and green colors.

The Dean of University Studies, Dr. Halah Al-Amoudi, praised the strenuous efforts exerted by the Department of Campus Security at the female section. She also appreciated the collaboration of the staff with each other and their keenness to achieve utmost success in their work.

In his speech, which was played as a voice recording during the ceremony, the Director of the Department of Campus Security, Nabil Madadin, extended thanks and appreciation to the security personnel at the female section for the efforts they have exerted. He also praised their mutual assistance and collaboration which rendered the department's work successful.

At the end of the ceremony, the outstanding female employees of the Department of Campus Security were honored with mementos and certificates of appreciation. In addition, the Assistant Director of the Department of Campus Security, Wadhah Al-Lihyani, offered mementos to the Dean of University Studies, Dr. Halah Al-Amoudi, and the Vice Dean of University Studies, Dr. Samirah Al-Abdali. She also announced that a present would be offered to all the female employees of the Department of Campus Security, which will be a share for each employee in the charitable building of a mosque.
