The representative of the Ministry of Civil Service, Fawwaz Al-Hariri, today, Sunday, revealed that all the previous platforms that were launched through the Ministry of Civil Service were directly connected to the human resources departments in the governmental bodies. He affirmed, at the same time, that "My Job Data" platform will be a link between the employee and the Ministry of Civil Service, which requires all the male and female employees to update their data since the beginning of their appointment.

This came within the introductory meeting held by Umm Al-Qura University, represented by the Deanship of Faculty Members and Employees Affairs, entitled "My Job Data Platform: Overview and Services Offered". The meeting was held in the presence of the Dean of University Studies, Dr. Hala Al-Amoudi, the female employees of UQU and some representatives of the Ministry of Civil Service, in the framework of the university's strategy of integrating efforts with the governmental bodies to support the Saudi Kingdom's program of digital transformation.

Al-Hariri pointed out that updating the data also results in the employee registering their current rank, in order to match it with the data available in the database of the Ministry of Civil Service. This is in preparation of completing all the processes through "My Job Data" platform.

During the meeting that was held in the headquarters of the UQU in Al-Abdiyyah and Al-Zahir, the services provided by the platform as well as the way of registration through this platform were reviewed, as all staff procedures will be linked to it.

Al-Hariri explained the method of updating the data. Moreover, he reviewed some procedures that will be carried out through the platform: such as sick leaves, training, scholarships, transportation, and others. He stressed that completion of such procedures will not be fulfilled unless the data are updated.

He expressed his thanks to the Human Resources Department at Umm Al-Qura University for their constant cooperation, and then answered the inquires of the employees.

The events of the introductory meeting that was held today, Sunday, were carried out at King Abdulaziz Support Hall (1) in Al-Abdiyyah. The introductory meeting was connected, via a live broadcast, to the headquarters of the female students section in Al-Zahir, to enable women to interact effectively with the meeting.
