The Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers Offers Training to 40 Teachers from Indonesia and Senegal

Today, the UQU Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers started to offer its annual summer course for the eleventh year in a row for the Arabic language teachers at the Indonesian universities and institutes. This course is also held for the ninth year for the Arabic language teachers in Senegal. During the course, which will last for one and a half months, the institute will offer a package of educational training programs and various cultural and touristic programs to 40 teachers.

Dr. Hasan Bukhari, the Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers, clarified that the annual summer courses are held in implementation of the High Decree to offer these courses, and in order to enhance the leading role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in serving Islam and the Muslims. In addition, these courses are presented with the aim to disseminate the instructions of the Noble Qur'an and Hadith via the Arabic language, and to refine the Arabic language skills acquired by the Arabic language teachers in Indonesia and Senegal.

This year's training programs will focus on the Arabic language sciences, the way to create and develop the Arabic language curricula, and training courses on the sciences and interpretation of the Noble Qur'an. The summer course given to the Arabic language teachers from Indonesia and Senegal will also offer a diverse cultural and touristic program, which will include a visit to the Sacred Sites, the Holy Mosque, Hira' Cave at Al-Nour Moutain, and some charitable foundations. This program will also hold a touristic trip to Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah and Taif.
