On Tuesday Safar 22, 1438H, the PhD dissertation entitled “The Impact of the Contemporary Medical Evidences in Judiciary and their Applications in the Courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia”, and presented by Muhammad bin Fayez bin Muhammad Al-Qurani, researcher at the Department of Judicial Studies at the College of Judicial Studies and Systems at UQU, was defended at the secondary hall in Al-Abidiyah. After distinct defense and rich panel discussion, the researcher was granted the doctorate degree with honors.

Noteworthy, the panel was formed from the following esteemed professors:

  1. Dr. Hamed bin Maddah bin Himidan Al-Jadaani, Professor of Fiqh at the College of Judicial Studies and Systems- Supervisor.
  2. Dr. Faraj bin Zahraan Al-Demerdash, Professor of Fiqh at the College of Judicial Studies and Systems- Internal Judge.
  3. Sheikh. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Saad Khunain, Member of the Council of Senior Scholars and Member of the Permanent Committee at the House of Fatwa- External Judge.

On this pleasant occasion, the College of Judicial Studies and Systems extends its sincere congratulations to its student Muhammad bin Fayez bin Muhammad Al-Qurani, and wishes him further success in his academic and professional life
