His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, issued the following six administrative decisions:
- Transference of Dr. Ali bin Yahya bin Ali Atwah from the post of Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for Educational Affairs to the post of Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research as from 13 Ramadan, 1440 A.H., until his tenure ends on 27 Rabi` Al-Thani, 1441 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Shadi bin Muhammad bin Ahmad Munshi as Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months, as from 13 Ramadan 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Yahya bin Ahmad bin Muhammad Al-Nashiri as Vice Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months, as from 11 Ramadan, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Hatim bin Adel bin Muhammad Simbawah as Head of the Department of Anatomy at the College of Medicine for a tenure of six months, as from 14 Ramadan, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Raafat bin Salih bin Sulaiman Madani as Head of the Department of Art Education at Al-Qunfudhah University College for a tenure of six months, as from 11 Ramadan, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Alaa bint Muhammad bin Ali Al-Khawtani as Deputy Head of the Department of Pathology at the College of Medicine (Female Section) for a tenure of six months, as from 11 Ramadan, 1440 A.H.
His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty toward knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of this university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
