The Deanship of Student Affairs, represented by the Vice-Deanship for Student Activities and Training, invites all clubs’ students to participate in the Best Arts Club Design Contest. This comes in the framework of encouraging the talents and investing the innovative energies of the clubs’ students. The contest will be launched on Tuesday, 8^th Safar 1438H and concluded on Thursday, 17^th Safar 1438H. It will also involve valuable prizes, as the winner of “Best Design” will get SAR 500.

The Dean of Student Affairs has clarified that the contest has encompassed certain requirements and standards: The contestant shall belong to the clubs’ students. The design shall express an identity of (theatrical acting, poetry, recitation, chanting, plastic arts, or photography). The design shall include the titles of UQU, Deanship of Student Affairs, and Arts Club. The design shall be distinguished from any other logos and characterized by simplicity of elements and colors. The contestant shall hand electronic samples of the design’s usage in official published material or the media. The contestant shall be committed to implement the required modifications in case he/she wins. The contestant shall have the right to use any designing program in an editable format. The contest shall bear responsibility for intellectual rights and winner selection by a specialized independent committee.
