The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1. Renewing mandate of Dr. Sahl bin Abdullah bin Saaduddin Waheeb as Vice Dean of the Institute of Consulting Research and Studies for Professional Accreditation Support, for a tenure of two years as of Shaaban 27, 1437H;
2. Designating Dr. Muhammad bin Jaafar Muhammad Thabet as Executive Director of the Executive Office for Afaq Strategy at UQU, for a tenure of one year as of Safar 6, 1438H, in addition to his original post as the Dean of University Development and Quality; and
3. Designating Dr. Nermeen bent Abdurrahman Bakr Qotb as the Assistant Head of Specific Education Department at the College of Education for Girls for a tenure of six months, as of Dhul-Hijja 26, 1437H.

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck with their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
