His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, in his office, at Al-Abdiyyah Campus, today honored Dr. Saud Bawazir and Dr. Abdullah Al-Qarni on the occasion of the termination of their tenure of deanship at the Colleges of Pharmacy and Arabic Language. This honoring came in appreciation of the efforts they both exerted in the service of the university.
The two professors expressed their pride in the honor they received from His Excellency the President of the University, adding that they would continue to serve the university in any post or position appointed to them. They also wished success to the new deans of the two colleges, and extended their thanks to the President of the University for this tribute.
On his part, His Excellency the President of the University praised the collaborative efforts of the two former deans in working with their colleagues in the different colleges, and wished them success in their future careers.
