First Forum of the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs Launches the Panel Discussion: Vision and Transformation

On Wednesday morning, the activities of the First Forum of the UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs: "Vision and Transformation" were launched with the aim of achieving Saudi Vision 2030, developing the university's educational environment, and enriching the development and modernization processes aimed at providing excellent educational solutions.

The Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Forum and the Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Ghamdi, pointed out that the forum will present 39 research papers and scientific posters and a successful experiment will be presented by the participating researchers. The forum will launch a panel discussion entitled "Vision and Transformation" in the presence of His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, and will be moderated by the UQU Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Abdul-Aziz Suruji. Dr. Yasser bin Sulaiman Shosho, the Vice President of the University, will participate with a paper entitled "The Performance of Expenditure in the Methodology of the Kingdom 2030 and its Applications in Higher Education." The Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Thamir Al-Harbi, will present a paper entitled "The Role of Scientific Research in Supporting the Educational Process." The title of the paper presented by the UQU Vice President for Development and Entrepreneurship, Dr. Hani bin Uthman Ghazi, is "Development, Quality, and Entrepreneurship Towards Achieving the Vision." The UQU Vice President for Branches, Prof. Abdul-Majeed Al-Ghamdi, will present a research paper entitled "New Academic Education and its Role in Developing Future Skills." The UQU Vice President for Female Student Affairs, Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, will present a paper entitled "The Role of the University Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs in Supporting the Educational Process." Dr. Muhammad Al-Hazimi, the General Supervisor of Project Management, will present a research paper entitled "Projects in Support of Effective Learning: A Material Environment Conducive to Integrated Learning."

An accompanying exhibition will be held on the sidelines of the forum. The Organizing Committee has set the times of its visit for men from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for women.

The First Forum of UQU Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs: "Vision and Transformation" is due to review four main themes: Ensuring equal access to education, harmonizing the university outputs to labor market requirements, the role of universities in the activation of volunteer work, and community partnerships. It is organized by the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, the Joint First Year Deanship, the Deanship of Admission and Registration, the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education, and the English Language Center.
