His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bahusain Bafail, has issued four (4) administrative decisions, as follows:
- Appointment of Dr. Emad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad Shafi`i as Vice Dean of Makkah Community College for Educational Affairs for a tenure of six months from 12 Rajab, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Abdul-Rahman bin Husain bin Abdul-Rahman Abu Al-Khuyur as Vice Dean of the Institute of Manuscripts and the Revival of the Islamic Heritage for a tenure of six months from 12 Rajab, 1440 A.H.
- Renewing the appointment of Dr. Abdul-Mun`im bin Abdul-Rahman Abbas Mahmoud as the General Supervisor of the Curriculum and Study Plans Unit at the Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs for a tenure of one year, as of 9 Rajab, 1440 A.H.
- Appointment of Dr. Wardah bint Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Asmari as Vice Dean of the College of Medicine (female section) for a tenure of two years from 12 Rajab, 1440 A.H., in addition to her work as the Head of the Anatomy Department.
His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
